Questions about this tool

Can I crop an image to a square?

Yes. The square preset selects the largest centered 1:1 area that fits inside the source. You can then adjust the exact pixel coordinates before cropping.

Can I enter an exact crop size?

Yes. Choose Custom and enter the left and top offsets plus the crop width and height in pixels. The complete area must stay inside the source image.

Is my image uploaded when I crop it?

No. The browser decodes the source, selects the requested pixel rectangle, encodes the result, and creates the download locally. The image is not sent to Peelaway.
