Delete your Peelaway account

Email hello@peelaway.io with the subject “Peelaway account deletion request” and your account email address or username. Use the email associated with your account if you can. If you use Apple's Hide My Email or have lost access to that address, include your username or account email so we can help verify ownership. Do not send your password.

We may need to verify your identity before deleting data. We will reply about any verification needed and the status of your request. Opening the email link does not submit the request; send the email from your mail app. You can also write directly to hello@peelaway.io.

Deletion permanently removes your Peelaway account, profile, account-linked creation history and stored images, API keys, and remaining credits. Your sessions end and your Peelaway share links stop working. Download any work you want to keep before deleting. The account is shared across the website and mobile apps, so deletion applies to both.

Active Peelaway subscriptions billed through Stripe are canceled as part of account deletion. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Deletion does not erase files that you or other people have already downloaded or shared outside Peelaway.

Some records may be retained for accounting, tax, security, or other legal obligations, and backups or service providers may have limited retention. See our Privacy Policy for retention details. Contact hello@peelaway.io to ask about data retained for your account.
