How to restyle a photo

The published palm pair above shows how a screen-print direction can replace photographic texture with a different material appearance. Compare the outlines, lighting, background, and palette. The example establishes what that particular transformation looks like, not an automatic fidelity score for a different photo.

For your own result, first check whether the main subject is still the one you intended. Then look at small features such as fingers, foliage edges, lettering, seams, and intersections. A strong visual treatment can hide a changed detail at thumbnail size, so inspect the full image before selecting a final version.

If the subject is recognizable but the composition is wrong, revise the framing or background instruction. If the style removes detail you need, choose a subtler direction. Avoid repeating the same request indefinitely when the treatment itself conflicts with your purpose. A different starting style may be a more useful change than a longer prompt.

Keep the successful output as a separate file from the original.
